Credits are charged once, when the work is delivered. Questions along the way and failed runs are free. Costs show pay as you go first, then the pack rate. Time saved is our estimate of the admin each one replaces.

Time saved is an estimate, not a measurement. It assumes an AI estimate saves about 3 hours, sorting an email about 2 minutes, pulling an invoice copy about 2 minutes and a SWMS about 20 minutes.

500-credit pack, best value

$20 per 100, 20% less than pay as you go. Packs last until the end of the month you buy them, so it pays off once you would go more than 400 credits over.

Every admin seat includes 100 AI credits a month, pooled across your organisation. Crew seats are free and do not add credits. Your 14-day trial starts with 500 credits.
On a paid plan you keep working. Extra credits are $0.25 each ex GST ($25 per 100) and land on your next invoice. A 500-credit pack is $100 ex GST, which is $20 per 100.
Packs are valid until the end of the month you buy them, so buy one when you know a big month is coming. A 500-credit pack pays for itself once you would go more than 400 credits over your allowance in that month. Below that, pay as you go is cheaper.
No. Every account has a $100 monthly limit on extra usage. If you reach it, AI features pause until the new month, a higher limit or a top-up. An admin can raise the limit, lower it, or set it to zero and stop at the included credits.
No. Estimates and takeoffs are charged once, when the finished estimate is delivered. Questions along the way, failed runs and re-publishing the same aerial site plan are free.
