Admin seats set your tier by office headcount. Every plan includes the same full platform, so the features never change. What grows as you add admin seats are yourallowances (AI credits, storage, e-signatures, inboxes). Site foreman (US$39) is a flat add-on on every plan and crew seats are free. Neither changes your tier. Prices in USD. Sales tax may apply depending on your state.

Every feature is on every self-serve plan, Solo through Company. What grows as you add admin seats is your allowances, not your features: AI credits, storage, e-signatures and inboxes. Enterprise adds its own security and contract arrangements below.

Runs the job on site. Everything a supervisor needs to coordinate the day, without the office keys.
Quantities, not margin. Foreman see program and progress. Budget versus actual is off by default, and the owner switches it on per foreman.
Free
A field account for your own employed crew. Everything a person on the tools needs, and nothing that shows them the money.
Hours, not dollars. Crew see their hours and their assigned work, never rates, job costs or margin. Subbies, clients and accountants stay free.
We believe in our platform. That's why we give you 14 days free to get your team onboarded, run real projects, and see the value before you're charged.
Some trials ask for a card the first time you open your Dashboard, some don't — either way we verify it and never charge it during the trial. Your 14-day trial runs from there. Want to add teammates during the trial? Every seat after the first bills at your plan's per-user rate once added. We'll send a reminder before your trial ends, and billing starts automatically on day 14 unless you cancel. Your data stays safe for 90 days if you need more time to decide.
You don't have to. Your plan follows your admin-seat count, so adding an admin moves you up and removing one moves you back down, automatically. Changes are picked up at your next monthly bill rather than charged part-way through, so there's no surprise mid-cycle invoice.
There's no employee cap to exceed. Your tier is set by admin seats only — the office logins. Crew seats are free and never move you up a tier, so put as many people on the tools as the job needs.
Every plan bills per user, per month, on one consolidated monthly invoice — there's no separate charge per teammate. Add someone mid-cycle and we prorate the remaining days for their first charge (immediately if you have a card on file, otherwise it's added to your next invoice). Remove someone and they stop billing from your next cycle; we don't refund the current one.
Yes. QuickBooks Online, email sync and every other integration are on every plan, and full Xero support for your market is on the roadmap. No integration sits behind a bigger plan. The only thing that scales is your allowance: one connected inbox per admin seat, pooled across your organisation.
Each admin seat includes 100 AI credits a month, pooled across your organisation. A full AI takeoff from plans costs about 71 credits, so a seat covers one full takeoff a month, with credits left over for the smaller adjustments that usually follow it. An estimate from one of the dedicated trade modules is a flat 50 credits, so a seat gets two of those. Smaller jobs, like adjusting a line or redrafting a follow-up, cost a single credit. Your 14-day trial starts with 500 credits, which is 10 full module estimates, so you can price real jobs before you decide.
On a paid plan you keep working past your included credits. Extra usage is billed at US$0.25 per credit ex tax, which is US$12.50 for a trade module estimate, and it lands on your next invoice rather than stopping you mid-job. If you know a big month is coming, a 500-credit top-up is US$100 ex tax, which works out cheaper at US$10 an estimate. Every account also has a US$100 monthly limit on extra usage so there are no surprises. If you reach it, AI features pause until the new month, a higher limit, or a top-up. An admin can lower the limit, raise it, or set it to zero and simply stop at the included credits. A trial with no card on file pauses at its included credits rather than billing you.
No setup fees, ever. We include onboarding support with all paid plans to help you get started quickly and efficiently.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. All payments are processed securely through Airwallex. If you would rather pay by invoice and bank transfer, get in touch and our team can set that up.
Solo is for a one-person office. Team suits a crew and someone on the books (2 to 4 admin seats). Company is for multiple crews and a real office (5 to 9 admin seats). Beyond that, Enterprise gives you unlimited everything, contact us to chat.
Honestly? We don't have the baggage. Paperless was built from scratch in 2025 — no fifteen years of technical debt, no bloated feature set trying to serve civil, mining, and mega-projects all at once. We build only for the people on site — the general contractors and the subcontractors that turn up to those jobs — so every dollar of development goes into features you'll actually use. We're a small team with no enterprise sales force and no fancy offices. I built this because I went through a home build myself and couldn't believe what builders were expected to pay for software that half the time didn't even work on their phone. The pricing is what it should be — fair.
