We believe in our platform. That's why we give you 14 days free to get your team onboarded, run real projects, and see the value before you're charged.
You'll add a card the first time you open your Dashboard — we verify it but don't charge it. Your 14-day trial runs from there. Want to add teammates during the trial? Every seat after the first bills at your plan's per-user rate once added. We'll send a reminder before your trial ends, and billing starts automatically on day 14 unless you cancel. Your data stays safe for 90 days if you need more time to decide.
Absolutely! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate the difference.
There's no employee cap to exceed — every plan bills per user, per month, so add as many teammates as your job needs and each one is billed at your plan's per-user rate.
Every plan bills per user, per month, on one consolidated monthly invoice — there's no separate charge per teammate. Add someone mid-cycle and we prorate the remaining days for their first charge (immediately if you have a card on file, otherwise it's added to your next invoice). Remove someone and they stop billing from your next cycle; we don't refund the current one.
Xero and QuickBooks Online integrations are included in all plans. Additional integrations (email sync, ERP systems, and future integrations) are available from the Professional tier onwards.
No setup fees, ever. We include onboarding support with all paid plans to help you get started quickly and efficiently.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported. All payments are processed securely through Airwallex. Direct debit and bank transfers are available for annual Enterprise plans.
Solo is for a one-person office. Team suits a crew and someone on the books (2 to 4 admin seats). Company is for multiple crews and a real office (5 to 9 admin seats). Beyond that, Enterprise gives you unlimited everything, contact us to chat.
Honestly? We don't have the baggage. Paperless was built from scratch in 2025 — no fifteen years of technical debt, no bloated feature set trying to serve civil, mining, and mega-projects all at once. We build only for the people on site — the builders and the trades that turn up to those jobs — so every dollar of development goes into features you'll actually use. We're a small team with no enterprise sales force and no fancy offices. I built this because I went through a home build myself and couldn't believe what builders were expected to pay for software that half the time didn't even work on their phone. The pricing is what it should be — fair.
